What better way is there to give your body a new lease of life than with a Pilates programme specifically designed for your body?

Personal Pilates training is offered in Exeter and the surrounding areas. Before starting we get together for an initial consultation where we can talk through your goals and the best way to achieve them. During this time I’ll also do a biomechanics screening where I assess your posture, core strength, muscle balance and joint mobility and take you through some Pilates exercises.

This will give us a benchmark to work from and will enable me to tailor one of my unique programmes to your body and goals. I’ll help you transform your body so you not only feel happier and healthier but also look fantastic.

I am a qualified lower back pain specialist and trained in functional biomechanics, pre and post pregnancy Pilates and advanced stretching. Whatever your aims you will get a specific programme that is safe, right for your body and helps you feel and look great.

I am also trained in BalletFit so if you would like to add in some BalletFit exercises to your programme we can do this. These are cardio and toning exercises that make a big difference to toning your legs, abs and arms.
