The group Pilates classes follow my unique programmes which are developed to be enjoyable – revitalising your mind and body – whilst really delivering results.

BalletFit classes are toning and stretching classes. They use exercises inspired by the training workouts ballet dancers do. No ballet experience needed – all welcome!

Private Group Classes

For individuals, if you live in Exeter and would like to start Pilates with a friend or two then I can come to you. All you need is a living room with enough space for 2 or 3 exercise mats!

It’s the closest you’ll get to personal training in a group class. With small classes you can feel confident you will get maximum benefit from the exercises.
